My Client Appreciation Program


Most real estate agents spend most of their time looking for the next deal, often at the expense of their existing clients. Please understand that most agents do not intentionally neglect their clients. It's just the way individuals in the real estate industry have traditionally conducted business.

The methods that other agents use vary significantly--cold calling, advertising, mass mailings, door knocking, taking "floor time" in the office, hoping that potential clients will phone or walk in, and much, much more...

I don't do any of that stuff. It is my belief that if I am going to do an excellent job for my clients and truly enrich their lifestyle, then I cannot possibly spend most of my day looking for the next deal. I decided to focus on building my business primarily through referrals. I have chosen to work with people like you who appreciate outstanding service and would recommend their friends, acquaintances and work colleagues to let me help them buy or sell real estate.

I have developed what I call my "Client Appreciation Program." Through my program, I stay in contact with people I know by sending them an item of interest or something of value every month. These items of value are not typically about real estate but certainly about topics that will be of interest to a home owner or investor that values their family life, time, and money.

Some recent examples of these items have included: identity theft--how to protect your name; a Contractor Referral Directory; a guide to mold in the home - how to recognize it and what to do about it; and information telling you how to save money on your existing mortgage without refinancing - quite a lot of money as it happens.

All I ask in return is that when the subject of real estate comes up in the course of conversation, you mention my name as the Realtor® that you know who works with buyers and sellers in the Silicon Valley and who cares about providing a high level of service.
