With her diverse background and wide reaching skill sets, Dawn offers her clients a unique and formidable perspective on the Real Estate landscape because she understands her marketplace and knows how important lifestyle is to each one of her clients.
Dawn spent 10 years in Sales and Marketing in the Telecommunications and Data Networking industries with global providers such as SBC, AT&T, and MCI. She consulted to and provided solutions for a wide range of small start-up companies to Fortune 100 enterprises throughout the Bay Area. She also worked as a Telecommunications Consultant and Project Manager for transportation agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Prior to her career in Technology and consulting, Dawn owned and managed a restaurant in Monterey County where she was a resident for many years. She also spent several years in the hospitality industry creating memorable experiences for her guests at one of the most elegant vacation destinations along our state's incredible coastline.
The culmination of this experience serves to Manage, Anticipate and to perform Proactively throughout the entire transaction process to the benefit of her clients--creating the best possible environment for what can certainly be one the most significant undertakings her clients are likely to make. The common thread throughout her diverse background is a foundation of tremendous teambuilding and customer-facing abilities as she is a true "people person." Her ongoing and extensive sales background has also made her a seasoned and fierce negotiator! Dawn enjoys almost all water sports including SCUBA diving, wave running, kayaking, whitewater rafting, and swimming. She also loves snowshoeing, hiking, traveling, and biking. Dawn has participated in marathons with Team In Training to benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She and her husband, Jonathan Schwartz are members of various wine and food organizations as they simply enjoy life!
